Chris Andrews

Chris Andrews is the founder of Ultimate Growth Cricket Coaching and one of Perth's most experienced development coaches, with more than a decade in the game. He works across WA's high-performance and pathway system, including coaching roles with the WA Indigenous Women's Team and the WA Academy Girls program at both junior and senior level.

Chris has spent years mentoring emerging talent, helping players sharpen the technical, tactical, physical and mental sides of their cricket in equal measure. He's known for the strength of the relationships he builds with the players he coaches — every session is shaped around the individual in front of him, not a one-size-fits-all program.
